Do you offer payment by COD? How does it work?

Yes, we do ship by UPS 2nd Day Air COD. This is a popular shipment method because the customer does not have to pay for the dinars until the package arrives. At that time, UPS accepts money orders or cashier's checks as payment. UPS does not accept cash, personal checks, or business checks. We require that you obtain a cashier's check or money order and provide us with the serial number and name of the issuing institution in order to verify the availability of funds before we will ship your order

Can you handle large orders?

Yes, we accept large orders and discounts are available. COD is not available for orders over 5 million Iraqi dinars without a 50%% "good faith" deposit via wire transfer, cashier's check, or money order. Please contact one of our representatives at 1-866-544-4132 if you're interested in placing a large order.

Why am I paying a markup?

Unfortunately, there are a number of costs involved with delivering these dinars to you. As you probably are aware, Iraq is a very dangerous place. Due to Iraq's lack of adequate shipping infrastructure, we are unable to ship such high value shipments directly out of Iraq.

There are also costs associated with running a registered, US-based business. US taxes, registration fees, and wages all add to the cost of doing business.

We regret that we are not able to charge less but have found that our customers prefer buying dinars from a trusted source like DinarProfits.com, even if it means paying a little more.

What dinar denomination notes do you deal in?

For fast and accurate order fulfillment, we normally stock the 25,000 denomination dinar. Depending on demand and availability, we may also stock smaller quantities of the 5,000 and 10,000 denomination.

How long will it take for the dinars to arrive?

Delivery times will vary depending on your method of payment.

Orders by UPS Collect on Delivery (COD) generally ship within 1 business day by UPS 2nd day air once the money order or cashier's check has been verified. For example, if you order on Monday and provide the money order or cashier's check serial number, the dinars will usually arrive on that Wednesday or Thursday.

Orders which are funded by a mailed personal check take around 1.5-2 weeks. In this situation, we must first verify the funds are available before the order is shipped. In rare cases it may take longer to verify the availability of funds on a personal check. Please consider this when selecting your method of payment.

Regardless of your payment method, you will receive a tracking number when the order is shipped.

Will the dinars physically arrive?

Yes! The dinars, along with a certificate of authenticity, will be shipped to you via UPS 2nd day air or USPS Priority mail. If the dinars arrive in unacceptable condition, please contact us.

You will receive a tracking number via email when the order is shipped so you'll be able to track your package from our office to your door.

Is it legal to buy foreign currency in the US?

Yes! OdioWorks, LLC is registered with the United States Treasury. We comply with all applicable U.S. Patriot Act Regulations and OFAC sanctions.

PLEASE NOTE: Buying Dinars from a firm not registered with the US Treasury is NOT RECOMMENDED. This is especially important in the Iraqi dinar market where US treasury registrations are not common. Before buying Iraqi dinars, we strongly advise that the buyer ensures they are buying from a properly registered firm.

What is a certificate of authenticity?

We include certificates of authenticity with every Iraqi dinar order. A certificate of authenticity is our guarantee that these dinars are authentic and of non-criminal origin. If you question the authenticity of these dinars, send them back to us and we'll either refund or replace your order (at our discretion).

Do you ship the dinars internationally?

YES! We now sell and ship dinars internationally to certain countries, depending on current US laws and regulations regarding that country. For international orders, we ship via UPS Worldwide Express at a standard rate of $50. Once shipped (shipping dates vary depending on payment method), orders take 3-5 business days to arrive.

NOTE: While OdioWorks, LLC complies with all US regulations, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that this transaction complies with their local government's laws and regulations.
